from Seoul and full of various activities such as caves, railbiking, swimming fun at gorgeous beaches, tasty fresh seafood, hiking, special park. Among those attractions, this tour opted for Hwanseongul Cave and Ocean rail biking.

east coast of Korea.

 

HWANSEONGUL CAVE 

 

Hwanseongul Cave is not only the largest lime stone cave in Korea but also one of the largest in whole Asia.

It was formed 530,000 years ago and has various shape of stalactite, stalagmite and stone pillars as well as

unique waterfalls and 10 lakes inside. Its length is 6.5 km long but opened to public only 1.6 km. and exploring Hwanseongul cave takes 1.5hrs. The cave is inside a mountain, so you will go up to the entrance by riding up a monorail for 7mins

 

When you enter the cave, you may feel you stand in ancient underground city. The massive scale of the cave and

just incredibly unique waterfalls and lakes will overwhelm you.

Some spots of stalactites look like 'the Great Wall of China' and many other uniquely shaped figures.

In addition, you can see how monk trained their body and spirit themselves in the cave when they used to live long

time ago.

 

 

 

SAMCHEOK RAIL BIKE

 

Samcheok ocean rail bike enables you to enjoy the ocean view of east sea unlike other rail bikes run mountains and rivers. On four wheeled bikes on railway tracks, you can enjoy both pine tree forests and fresh breezes of East sea.

  • Dress warm. Even in the summertime, the cave stays a cool 12-24°C. so plan to always have at least a light cardigan on you.

  • Wear shoes with a good tread. the cave is quite wet and slippery.

Terms & Conditions

1. RESERVATIONS / DEPOSITS / FINAL PAYMENTS 

  a. 30% of the total amount as deposit is due within 7 days of our confirmation if otherwise specified. 

  b. Final payment must be received by Sweetravel Korea 14 days prior to tour departure date. 

  c. Failure to comply with deposit and final payment requirements will cause cancellation of your reservation. 

 

2. CANCELLATION & REFUND 

  a. All cancellations must be received by Sweetravel Korea in writing. 

  b. The following penalties shall apply, if otherwise specified. 

    - If you cancel more than 30 days before scheduled tour departure in Korea, there will be no cancellation charge. 

    - If you cancel 15-29 days before scheduled tour departure in Korea, the cancellation charge will be 20% of the listed tour fare. 

    - If you cancel 8-14 days before scheduled tour departure in Korea, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the listed tour fare.

    - If you cancel 1-7 days before scheduled tour departure in Korea, the cancellation charge will be 80% of the listed tour fare. 

    - If you cancel on or after tour departure date in Korea, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the listed tour fare.

      No show will be considered as a cancellation on tour departure date

 

For a refund, We will refund after deduction of cancellation charge and any commission may occur during money transfer.
